Hospitality management company Aperture Hotels has partnered with real estate investment management firm Satori Collective to reopen the 120-room Hilton Garden Inn Columbus in Georgia. Following a multimillion-dollar renovation, the newly refreshed hotel now has upgraded public spaces, guestrooms, and meeting space along with parking enhancements, including charging stations for electric vehicles. The fitness center also received a makeover.
“With the completion of this full makeover, the Hilton Garden Inn Columbus now enjoys ‘like-new’ status, effectively making it the newest Hilton-branded hotel in Central Western Georgia,” Aperture Hotels President CEO Charles Oswald said in a statement. “We look forward to hosting a proper grand reopening ceremony on August 25 to fully embrace our position as a member of the community and to share our new offerings with guests and neighbors.”
Located in the Brookstone Centre Office Park, the full-service hotel is close to Aflac and TSYS headquarters and five miles from Columbus Metropolitan Airport and the Chattahoochee River Walk.
Hotel amenities include a fitness center including Peloton bikes, an indoor pool with hot tub, multiple sitting areas and 3,500 square feet of flexible meeting space for groups of up to 180 people. The hotel has the Lakeside Grille restaurant.
The hotel has standard guestrooms and suite options, many with views of the water.
The renovation touched on nearly every aspect of the hotel. Public spaces were refreshed with the latest brand amenities. Corridors were outfitted with new carpeting, wall covering and lighting fixtures. Guestrooms were completely redecorated with new wall coverings, flooring and appointments.
