Hotel management firm Stonebridge has been selected to manage The Anthem Los Angeles Stadium District, Tapestry by Hilton.
Following a comprehensive renovation, the hotel has been repositioned after joining Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, a soft brand focused on independent properties. The 179-room lifestyle property is located in Inglewood’s Stadium District along Century Boulevard, adjacent to the Intuit Dome and near SoFi Stadium, Kia Forum and YouTube Theater.
“The Anthem aligns perfectly with our focus on high-barrier, event-driven markets, where we can drive performance through disciplined operations and a strong commercial approach,” Rob Smith, CEO of Stonebridge, said in a statement. “With multiple demand channels and a newly repositioned asset, we see a clear opportunity to optimize performance and build long-term value for ownership.”
Denver, Colo.-based Stonebridge plans to implement its operating platform across revenue management, sales, e-commerce and digital strategy, food and beverage operations and labor optimization, with a focus on maximizing profitability and long-term asset value for ownership.
The hotel has an outdoor pool, fitness center, flexible indoor-outdoor event space and a restaurant and rooftop bar offering live performances and skyline views.
