Stonebridge has added the dual-branded Courtyard by Marriott and Element by Marriott Atlanta Midtown to its managed portfolio.
Built in 2021, the 282-room property is located across from the Fox Theatre in Atlanta's Midtown neighborhood. The hotel includes more than 11,000 sq.-feet of meeting and event space, a fitness center and multiple food and beverage outlets.
“This dual-branded property represents a strong addition to our portfolio and further expands our presence in one of the country's most dynamic urban markets,” Stonebridge CEO Rob Smith said in a statement. “I am honored that an existing partner has chosen to expand our relationship and entrust us with another one of their hotels.”
Denver-based Stonebridge said it plans to focus on the property's food and beverage operations, including The Ponce Room Bar & Kitchen, which offers indoor and patio seating and a Southern-inspired menu. The company also plans to expand breakfast offerings at the Element RISE breakfast area. The hotel also includes a Starbucks and Courtyard Bistro.
