Resolute Road Hospitality has entered into a management agreement with Mercury Hospitality to operate the SpringHill Suites Boise West/Eagle.
Woodbridge, N.J.-based Mercury Hospitality recently acquired the property, adding to its portfolio in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. The four-story, 119-suite hotel includes guestrooms with separate living and sleeping areas, workspaces and contemporary design features. Amenities include a fitness center, meeting space and complimentary breakfast.
“Resolute Road’s local market knowledge and disciplined operational approach made them the ideal partner for this property,” Deane Bruner, president, Mercury Hospitality, said in a statement. “We are confident their team will elevate performance and support our long-term investment objectives for the property.”

Located in Boise’s west corridor, the hotel offers access to major employers, retail, dining, and outdoor recreation, as well as proximity to downtown Boise.
