OTH Hotels Resorts adds three properties to management portfolio

OTH Hotels Resorts has expanded its East Coast presence adding three hotel properties in New Jersey and Maryland to its management portfolio.

The additions include Hotel Troy in Parsippany, N.J.; as well as the Holiday Inn Washington-College Park in College Park, Md.; and the Holiday Inn Columbia East-Jessup in Jessup, Md. The properties collectively comprise 498 guestrooms.

“We are excited to welcome these three properties to the OTH Hotels Resorts portfolio as we continue our strategic growth across high-demand markets,” Scott McMahon, chief development officer of Williamsburg, Va.-based OTH Hotels Resorts, said in a statement. “Each hotel offers unique opportunities to deliver exceptional guest experiences while creating long-term value through targeted operations, strong service culture and thoughtful management.”

Scheduled to open this month, Hotel Troy, Trademark Collection by Wyndham, is a newly developed 101-room property with meeting space, a fitness center, remote-work-focused common areas and the onsite Troy Social Restaurant & Bar.

The 222-room Holiday Inn Washington-College Park is near the University of Maryland and attractions throughout the Washington, D.C., region. The hotel includes 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space, an indoor heated saltwater pool, a fitness center and the onsite Terrapin Kitchen restaurant.

Holiday Inn Columbia East-Jessup has 175 guestrooms and suites along with some 8,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including two ballrooms. Amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center and Spurrier’s Restaurant. The property is near the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Oriole Park at Camden Yards and Merriweather Post Pavilion.
