Omniboost enhances Toast–Mews integration with itemized posting

Data unification and automated solution provider Omniboost has debuted an enhancement to its Toast POS to Mews PMS integration.

The expanded functionality is designed to allow hotel restaurants using Toast to push transaction data into the Mews property management system, consolidating food-and-beverage revenue into a single system of record. The integration is delivered through the Omniboost platform and is available to hotel operators across North America.

“Breaking down data silos is essential to creating a seamless hospitality experience,” Kees Zorge, founder and CEO of Omniboost, said in a statement. “By acting as the unifying layer between Toast and Mews, we’re helping hotels reduce operational inefficiencies and gain clearer insight into their F&B performance.”

“As we continue to expand the Mews ecosystem, our focus remains on providing intelligent tools that improve efficiency while keeping the guest experience central,” Mews President Michael Coscetta said. “This enhanced integration delivers faster financial insight and supports frictionless guest interactions across hotel dining outlets.”

With the update, F&B charges are transmitted in near real time from Toast to Mews, eliminating the need for manual entry while ensuring accurate posting to guest profiles, according to Netherlands-based Omniboost. Transactions are fully itemized, including menu items, taxes, check numbers and transaction dates.

The updated integration is powered by Omniboost’s connectivity platform, which supports real-time synchronization and configurable data flows between hospitality technology systems.
