New Hotel Collection standardizes operations with Daylight PMS

The New Hotel Collection—a group of hotels in Florida and Tennessee—has implemented Shiji’s Daylight Property-Management System across its portfolio of boutique hotels.

The new PMS is designed to unify reservations, reporting and guest profiles under a single platform. The decision followed challenges with legacy systems that made it difficult to synchronize processes across multiple properties, according to the company. The new system centralizes operations for four hotels, enabling consistent employee workflows, streamlined reporting for management decisions and scalability as the portfolio grows.

“With this platform, our teams are working from one consistent system that connects every property, guest profile, and department,” Christopher Hutchison, director of technology and design at New Hotel Collection, said in a statement. “It has elevated both our guest experience and operational effectiveness.”

Ryan King, SVP of Shiji Americas, said the partnership reflects New Hotel Collection’s focus on efficiency and service. “We collaborated closely with them to ensure a seamless transition, and we’re proud to have exceeded their expectations.”

With Daylight PMS now fully deployed, the hotel group has reported faster decision-making and a more consistent brand experience across its properties.
