At Mine Hospitality has assumed management of The Meridian Hotel, a 73-room Art Deco property in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth (SoFi) neighborhood.
The Miami, Fla.-based hotel management company—which manages roughly 30 boutique and independent hotels across seven U.S. markets—took over operations of the hotel in October 2025. The addition of The Meridian, a 1930s-era Art Deco building, further expands the firm’s footprint in Miami Beach. The hotel is expected to undergo a series of operational and service-level improvements, alongside adjustments to revenue management and cost controls.
“This latest management takeover underscores At Mine Hospitality’s continued focus on revitalizing underperforming assets through hands-on hotel operations,” Matteo Soldatini, CEO of At Mine Hospitality, said in a statement. “In legacy properties especially, alignment between ownership, management, and the local market is critical to long-term success.”
The hotel features oversized guestrooms with updated interiors, modern finishes and select rooms with private balconies. Amenities include a landscaped outdoor pool and MiniBar, the property’s on-site food and beverage venue for both hotel guests and the surrounding neighborhood.
