OTH Hotels Resorts has expanded its presence in Pennsylvania entering the Gettysburg market for the first time with the addition of two new management contracts.
The Courtyard by Marriott Gettysburg and the Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel & Conference Center bring approximately 400 guestrooms into the Williamsburg, Va.-based company’s portfolio of branded and independent properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. With these additions, OTH Hotels Resorts’ portfolio now includes 18 hotels.
Both hotels are located near Gettysburg National Military Park, along with museums and the town’s downtown district. Visitation is expected to increase as the United States approaches its 250th anniversary in 2026.

The 152-room Courtyard by Marriott Gettysburg is located within the Gateway Gettysburg complex, roughly two-and-a-half miles from downtown. The hotel includes 2,000- square-feet of meeting space, a fitness center, indoor pool and the brand’s Bistro dining concept. It also participates in the Gettysburg Historic Hounds program, which highlights pet-friendly accommodations in the market.
The Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel & Conference Center has 62,500-square-feet of meeting and event space, including digital theaters, breakout rooms and a nearly 9,000-sq.-foot ballroom with a private foyer and outdoor terrace. The 248-room property is positioned to host conferences, meetings and weddings, supported by on-site catering and event planning services, along with amenities such as an indoor pool and multiple dining outlets.
