Hotel Equities has entered into a management agreement with Lodgic Hospitality to oversee three hotels in Austin, Texas, expanding its total in the market to seven properties.
The portfolio includes the 140-room Aloft by Marriott Austin Northwest, Tru by Hilton Austin NW Arboretum and Hilton Garden Inn Austin Central. The properties are owned by entities affiliated with Webster, Texas-based Lodgic Hospitality and its investment partners.
Atlanta-based Hotel Equities said its management platform for the properties will include revenue management, sales and finance services. The additions bring Hotel Equities' Texas portfolio to 25 properties under management, with another property under construction.
“Every market requires a tailored operating approach, and Austin presents a unique set of competitive and operating challenges,” Amit Patel, CEO of Lodgic Hospitality, said in a statement. “We chose to partner with Hotel Equities across our three-hotel Austin portfolio to bring additional scale, systems and specialized resources to the day-to-day operations of these assets.”

The Aloft by Marriott Austin Northwest is on U.S. 183 and includes the W XYZ bar, Re by Aloft, an indoor pool, fitness center and meeting space. Tru by Hilton Austin NW Arboretum is located near The Arboretum, The Domain, Topgolf and the Austin Aquarium. The hotel has a fitness center and complimentary breakfast.
Hilton Garden Inn Austin Central is near Interstate 35 and includes the Garden Grille and Bar, a fitness center, business center and meeting rooms. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and is near downtown Austin and the University of Texas at Austin.
