First Hospitality has expanded its management portfolio into several new markets with the addition of five new lifestyle hotels. The newly-added properties include the Sky Rock Sedona, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel; The Steward Santa Barbara, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel; Hotel Northland, Autograph Collection in Green Bay, Wisc.; Hotel Elkhart, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Elkhart, Ind.; and Le Méridien St. Louis Downtown.

Sky Rock Sedona is a 109-room boutique hotel in Sedona, Ariz., offering views of the area's red rock formations. Amenities include a resort-style pool and hot tub, spa, wellness programming, and the on-site Bar WooWoo restaurant.
The Steward Santa Barbara is an 87-suite hotel situated on nearly five acres surrounding the historic Sexton House in Santa Barbara, Calif. The property includes an outdoor pool, restaurant, wellness offerings and indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.
Hotel Northland is a 160-room historic hotel in downtown Green Bay, Wisc. The property features nearly 15,000 sq.-feet of meeting and event space, including The Alley entertainment venue, as well as Poke The Bear Sports Bar and the Walnut Room Green Bay restaurant.
Hotel Elkhart is a 93-room boutique hotel in downtown Elkhart, Ind. The hotel offers nearly 5,000 sq.-feet of meeting and event space, dining at The Corner Bar, High Note Rooftop Bar and Relish Café & Confections.
Le Méridien St. Louis Downtown is a 96-room hotel located in downtown St. Louis, Mo. The property includes meeting space, Longitude Bar and Le Scoop by Le Méridien café.
