Dreamscape Hospitality is now managing the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Galveston Beach, Texas. The beachfront property joins Dreamscape’s portfolio, further strengthening the company’s presence in high-demand coastal destinations.
Located along the Gulf of Mexico, the hotel has direct beach access and proximity to Galveston’s major attractions.
“This is a natural fit for our portfolio as we continue to grow in markets with strong fundamentals and long-term demand drivers,” Dreamscape Hospitality President Adam Patenaude said in a statement. “Galveston is a proven leisure destination, and this asset presents an opportunity to apply our operational approach to drive performance while enhancing the overall guest experience.”
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Galveston Beach has 97 guestrooms, many with Gulf-facing balconies, along with an outdoor pool, on-site dining, and flexible meeting space totaling more than 3,000 square feet. The hotel caters to both leisure travelers and small group business, with proximity to cruise terminals, regional events, and year-round tourism drivers.
Dreamscape will implement its hands-on management model immediately, with an emphasis on identifying near-term opportunities to improve performance while aligning the hotel’s positioning with evolving guest expectations in the coastal resort category.
