Crestline Hotels & Resorts has been selected by JMA Ventures to manage a dual-branded Marriott hotel near Vail, Colo.
The Fairfax, Va.-based third-party management firm will oversee the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Avon Vail Valley and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Avon Vail Valley in Avon, Colo. The hotels—which were developed and are owned by San Francisco, Calif.-based real estate investment and development firm JMA Ventures—are located near Beaver Creek and Vail.
“We are pleased to welcome these two ideally situated hotels to our growing portfolio,” James Carroll, president and CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, said in a statement. “Set in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, the hotels offer convenient access to skiing and year-round recreation.”
The SpringHill Suites includes 116 guest suites, while the TownePlace Suites has 127 studio and one-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens designed for extended-stay guests. Shared amenities include complimentary breakfast, the Corduroy Bar and Bites restaurant, 1,515-square-feet of meeting and event space across three venues, a 24-hour fitness center, outdoor heated pool and whirlpool and pet-friendly accommodations.Â
During the winter season, guests have access to a complimentary shuttle serving Vail and Beaver Creek ski areas, while a free local bus operates year-round. The hotels are located in Avon, approximately 32 miles from Eagle County Regional Airport and 126 miles from Denver International Airport.
