CoralTree Hospitality has been selected to manage Pioche Village Park City, a 402-unit condominium-style residential resort which represents the company’s fourth property in Utah.
The 402-unit resort is near the new Deer Valley East Village development and adjacent to the Jordanelle Express Gondola at Deer Valley Resort. Pioche Village Park City will operate as part of the CoralTree Residence Collection, which encompasses a portfolio of vacation rentals and residential resort communities. The property joins Black Desert Resort in Ivins and The Stelle, which is slated to open in 2027 in the Sky Ridge Mountain Community across from Deer Valley East Village.

The resort includes 402 accommodations, approximately 90 percent of which are 450-square-foot studio residences. A limited number of one- and two-bedroom units are also available. All accommodations have full kitchens and condominium-style layouts designed to accommodate couples, families and extended-stay leisure travelers.
Amenities at the property include ski-in/ski-out access, a game room, media room and billiards room, as well as a fitness center, yoga studio, steam room and hot tubs. The property also includes multiple social lounges.
The CoralTree Residence Collection includes more than 1,200 residences and 26 homeowners associations under management. Properties in the portfolio include Wild Dunes Resort in South Carolina; The Islands of Islamorada Resort in Florida; as well as properties in Hawaii, such as Kaanapali Alii; Wailea Beach Villas; and The Lodge at Kukui'ula. Properties within Colorado include Villas at Snowmass Club and Top of the Village; Montaneros in Vail; and The Landmark.
CoralTree’s residential management platform provides services including vacation rental marketing and distribution, guest services and concierge operations, housekeeping, maintenance, renovation oversight, accounting, asset management and procurement services for homeowners associations.
