Following a multi-phased renovation and repositioning, Brick Hospitality has added the Ramada Suites by Wyndham San Diego to its management portfolio.
After being closed for nearly two years, operations of the property were assumed by San Diego-based Brick Hospitality last June prior to the July reopening. Located in the Hotel Circle area of Mission Valley, the hotel is positioned near downtown San Diego as well as regional beaches.
Upon taking over management, Brick Hospitality led a comprehensive renovation to reposition the hotel, address deferred maintenance and restore the property in alignment with brand standards and guest expectations. Improvements included updates to all guestrooms and public spaces, refreshed common areas, enhancements to the outdoor heated pool and hot tub and upgrades to the fitness center.
“A natural fit for our management portfolio, this addition reflects our continued growth and strength in managing complex transitions,” Dallas King, CEO of Brick Hospitality, said in a statement. “The renovation provided an important opportunity to reposition the property, strengthen day-to-day operations and deliver a more consistent, high-quality guest experience.”
