Halcon launches executive conference chair collection

Furniture company Halcon has launched Ferra, its first-ever executive conference chair collection. Ferra is Halcon’s first collaboration with Italian designer Mario Ferrarini, to whom the name is a tribute.

The chair is made with leather and polished metals with ribbon arms available in a range of metal finishes with an option of a hand-wrapped, leather inlay and a graded-in fabric selection. The sculptural arms are supported by a tailored mechanism that allows for intuitive movement.

“Expanding into chairs felt like a natural and meaningful progression—a way to offer a more integrated solution for the environments our clients trust us to elevate,” Adam Wright, COO of Halcon, said in a statement. “Ferra reflects that vision. It allows us to extend our passion for excellence into a new category and create seating that truly complements the beauty and refinement of our furniture. We’re excited to introduce Ferra and look forward to seeing our tables paired with chairs that embody the same quality, innovation, and design intention Halcon has been known for since 1977.”

Educated at the Politecnico University of Milan, Ferrarini founded his studio in 2007. His designs are minimal and subtly expressive.

“Being invited to design Halcon’s first executive conference chair was both an honor and a challenge. It meant expanding the brand’s legacy into new territory while staying true to its identity,” Ferrarini said. “The armrest is the jewel of this project, the object of desire in a sense. It is new and recognizable, technical yet refined, fully upholstered. It invites you to engage with it, to touch and experience it firsthand.”
