Trinity Investments moves headquarters to Florida

Hospitality-focused investment firm Trinity Investments has moved its headquarters to Miami.

The new headquarters are meant to reflect Trinity’s long-term commitment to Florida as a strategic hub for its business, providing proximity to key hospitality markets, global capital and a growing network of institutional partners. Trinity’s Miami office will serve as the firm’s primary executive headquarters and a central base for investment strategy, capital markets activity and global partnerships.

“This move is a direct reflection of how Trinity has grown,” Sean Hehir, managing partner, president and CEO of Trinity, said in a statement. “We’ve built a global hospitality platform with meaningful momentum in both North America and Europe, supported by strong teams in Los Angeles, London, and Honolulu. Establishing our headquarters in Miami allows us to better serve our investors and partners while positioning the firm for continued expansion.”

Trinity has remained active across market cycles, with recent transactions including the acquisition of the 240-key lifestyle hotel The Hoxton, Poblenou in Barcelona; the sale of the 950-key JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix; and the acquisition of the 450-room Fairmont Olympic Hotel in downtown Seattle.
