ESH Strategies Franchise has opened the first Extended Stay America Suites in North Dakota.
The three-story, 66-room Extended Stay America Suites Minot is owned by Elevation and operated by National Hospitality Services. It includes a 24-hour market, onsite bar, business center, meeting space, outdoor pavilion with fireplace and grills and onsite laundry.
The 440-square-foot suites include fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators, stovetop, cookware, utensils, dishes and walk-in closets.
The property is two miles from downtown Minot and close to Roosevelt Park Zoo, Minot State University, Minot International Airport and Minot Air Force Base.
