Less than four months since it debuted, Rebel Hotel Company’s Renegade Hotels focused-service platform has 10 properties open and operating. The portfolio includes hotels under Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG and Choice Hotels flags.
When the platform launched in June with three hotels, Rebel’s leadership said it was “created to challenge the limitations of traditional select-service operators by offering real estate investors a sharper, more creative and highly personalized approach to management.”
“Renegade was born to shake up the sameness of select-service,” Mark LeBlanc, senior development advisor of Renegade Hotels, said in a statement. “To grow from three to ten hotels in a matter of months - across five of the biggest hospitality flags - speaks to the hunger in the market for something different: owner-centric, creatively led, and operationally sharp properties.”
Renegade will be present at The Lodging Conference in Phoenix October 6-9, meeting with owners, developers and investors.
