Hotel Management is seeking nominations for its annual Thirty Under 30 list, sponsored by DIRECTV HOSPITALITY, spotlighting the next generation of hospitality leaders making an impact across the industry. Now in its latest class, the program recognizes rising stars who are driving innovation, tackling operational challenges and shaping the future of lodging. Whether they're managing properties, closing deals, leading sustainability initiatives or pioneering new technology solutions, these young professionals represent the best of what's ahead for the hotel business.
Nominees must be 29 years old or younger as of Dec. 31, 2026; currently work at any level in a hotel field, including property- or company-level operations, management, ownership, technology, asset management, consulting, training, or sales and marketing; have completed a significant project for their hotel or organization; and be recognized by leaders of their own hotel or organization as an emerging leader.
Nominees and nominators may submit on behalf of themselves or a colleague. The final 30 honorees will be selected by Hotel Management's senior editorial staff and featured in the August/September issue of the magazine.
