Noble Investment Group has named Matt Noland director of capital markets, where he will oversee strategic asset realizations as well as debt origination and management across the company's portfolio.

Noland joins Noble from Peachtree Group, where he was responsible for portfolio management and the execution of hospitality investment transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of hotel assets.

Before that, he worked on JLL's Debt Capital Markets team, helping place nearly $1 billion in debt and equity capital for acquisitions, refinancings and development projects. His background also includes roles in credit and investment banking with Truist Securities and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

"Matt has raised debt, managed assets, and executed dispositions - the full arc of a hold period," Adi Bhoopathy, managing principal and head of Capital Markets at Noble, said in a statement. "That combination strengthens how we structure capital at entry, manage risk through the cycle, and realize value at exit."
