Hotel management company At Mine Hospitality has signed two hotels in the neighborhood of Little Havana in Miami. The Tower Hotel and La Havana Colonial were formerly managed by Roami and Life House respectively.
Tower Hotel is a 48-room property located close to the “Calle Ocho” corridor. At Mine took over management of the hotel earlier in July.
La Havana Colonial is a three-story hotel with a rooftop food and beverage venue. At Mine was appointed to manage the property in October.
The latest additions brings the company’s total portfolio under management to 26 hotels in 10 markets, with an average property size of around 40 rooms.
“We’re thrilled to be managing these amazing properties for our partners," At Mine Hospitality CEO Matteo Soldatini said in a statement. "I couldn’t be more excited for the team—their hard work and dedication is unmatched in servicing owners, guests, and all stakeholders. We continue to grow corporate and on-site teams and we’ve added more than one property per month to our managed portfolio in 2024. Much of this growth is attributed to exceptional service and further illustrates our value proposition. Owners are interested in accountability, transparency, and delivering strong financial results and it’s evident that our model remains intriguing for partners that have not experienced that with current and prior management companies. Overall, we expect to continue getting calls from hotel owners who are unsatisfied with their current manager and are looking for a differentiated experience and service level.”
