McKibbon Hospitality adds the Courtyard Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront to its management portfolio. The beachfront property, which is owned by Noble Investment Group, marks McKibbon’s 102nd managed hotel and its third hotel in the greater Jacksonville area, joining Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Beach Sawgrass and Homewood Suites Jacksonville South/St. Johns Town Center.
“We are thrilled to welcome Courtyard Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront to the McKibbon portfolio,” Kari Elofson, senior vice president of operations, said in a statement. “We look forward to expanding the McKibbon footprint in the Jacksonville area and continuing to serve our guests with the highest level of hospitality and care.”
This pet-friendly property has 150 guestrooms and almost 2,500 square feet of meeting space. There are contemporary and convenient amenities including a poolside bar, fitness center, flexible workspace, on-site dry cleaning and laundry services, a pool and jacuzzi, and The Bistro, an on-property restaurant with an extensive breakfast bar and weekend dinner service.
