Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has added the Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim to its managed hotel portfolio, expanding an existing consulting relationship into a full hotel management partnership.
The expanded agreement follows measurable improvements at the Anaheim hotel since Lodging Dynamics began providing operational consulting services in July 2026. Working with ownership and the property team, the company focused on enhancing the guest experience, strengthening operational consistency and supporting overall hotel performance. Within two months, the property recorded an average improvement of more than 60 percent across key guest satisfaction metrics.
“Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim is a great example of the value we can create by meeting owners where they are and developing solutions around the specific needs of their hotels,” Jamie Caraher, president and CEO of Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group, said in a statement.
“What began as a focused consulting engagement quickly demonstrated the impact of pairing a committed property team with the right operational strategy, accountability and support,” Caraher said. “We’re proud of the progress we’ve made together and excited to build on that momentum as we take the next step in our partnership.”
Under the new agreement, Lodging Dynamics will oversee operations and commercial performance at the hotel, including guest services, revenue management, sales, marketing, food and beverage, commercial strategy and asset performance. The Provo, Utah-based company also will manage the property's dining venues, including the Asian-American fusion restaurant Tru Grits and a grab-and-go café.
Located in Anaheim, Calif., the 246-guestroom Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim is a Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor Hotel with convenient access to Disneyland Resort, Disney California Adventure Park, Angel Stadium and the Anaheim Convention Center.
