Lark, the development and management company, will take on 907 Main, previously operated by Sonder, in Cambridge, Mass., as part of its signature portfolio of Lark Hotels properties. Lark expects the property to reopen in early December. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
Located in Cambridge’s Central Square, 907 Main is a 67-room boutique hotel within a striking brick brownstone. Each guestroom has an airy and warm color palette with large windows and hints of exposed brick. Several food and beverage concepts are also located within the hotel. At the base of 907 Main is Althea, a neighborhood restaurant from the team behind Viale. SaiGon Babylon is a rooftop restaurant and bar serving elevated Viet cuisine and craft cocktails. There is also Praline Patisserie with handcrafted French pastries, and the ice cream shop Toscanini’s.
Lark has its signature Lark Hotels, AWOL Hotels & Resorts, Blind Tiger Guest Houses, and Bluebird by Lark. But the company’s largest hotel collection is its independent arm.
