Hospitality operator Hotel Equities is set to operate the newly opened Home2 Suites by Hilton in Little Rock, Ark., a 104-suite hotel developed by Pinnacle Hotel Group and owned by McCain Lodging. The property, which opened earlier this month, is across the street from the Promenade at Chenal and near the area’s expanding financial and medical community. With Little Rock's west side drawing sustained investment in healthcare, finance and retail, the hotel is positioned to serve the mix of business and leisure travelers visiting the corridor.

"Little Rock’s west side has outpaced its hotel supply for years, emerging as one of the city’s fastest‑growing areas," Chet Patel, principal of Pinnacle Hotel Group, said in a statement. "Home2 Suites is a proven, owner-friendly brand for this corridor, and Hotel Equities has the operating expertise to bring it to market efficiently."

Patel co-leads Pinnacle Hotel Group alongside fellow principals Rocky Govind, Shawn Govind, and Nick Nagin. The project team also included contractor Integrity Construction, architect Sid Parekh, designer Apex Procurement and lender Relyance Bank.

"Home2 Suites continues to be one of the fastest-growing focused-service brands in the industry, and our partnership with Pinnacle Hotel Group and McCain Lodging shows what's possible when an experienced developer and owner align with the right brand and the right operator," said Greg O'Stean, chief development officer of Hotel Equities.

Hotel Equities operates more than one dozen Home2 Suites by Hilton properties in its management portfolio.
