Extended Stay America celebrates franchisees at owners conference

Extended Stay America held its annual owners conference in Dallas this month, where the company brought its franchise owners together under the theme “Stronger Together.”

“Our annual conference is a rare opportunity to bring our franchise owners together, share updates on the extended stay segment, and provide valuable insights to achieve performance,” Greg Juceam, president & CEO of Extended Stay America, said in a statement. “This year’s ‘Stronger Together’ theme reinforces Extended Stay America’s commitment to collaboration, helping franchise owners connect quality, guest experience and revenue performance to drive profitability.”

Extended Stay America leaders presented recent performance metrics and key initiatives spanning marketing, sales, operations, design, construction and training. In addition to these presentations, the conference also featured dynamic insights from industry expert Cindy Estis Green of Kalibri Labs, a panel discussion on the current state of hotel financing, and best practice sharing amongst franchisees.

At the conference, Extended Stay America recognized its top-performing franchise hotels. The awards were presented by Managing Director, Franchise Development Mark Williams and Vice President, Franchise Lisa Giaimo.

“We are proud to celebrate these owners and their teams for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests,” Giaimo said. “Their dedication strengthens the Extended Stay America brand and sets the standard for excellence across our portfolio.”
