Hospitality management company EOS Hospitality has added the Graduate by Hilton Storrs, Conn., a 100-room hotel close to the University of Connecticut in Storrs. The hotel is the 10th property added to the company’s portfolio in 2026 and the third transitioned this year as part of its growing partnership with West Anderson Partners. It also brings and reinforces the company's continued growth across distinctive boutique, lifestyle, and soft-branded properties.
Public spaces at the hotel include the Trophy Room restaurant and bar, a fitness center and meeting and event spaces.

EOS Hospitality is one of three third-party operators of the Graduate by Hilton brand and is looking to pursue additional opportunities within the collection while building on its growing relationship with West Anderson Partners, which has brought three properties into the company's portfolio this year. The company’s total portfolio now includes 65 hotels and resorts nationwide.
