Crescent Hotels & Resorts is set to manage the Hotel Indigo Austin (Texas) Downtown – University and Holiday Inn Express Austin Downtown University in Austin's Red River Cultural District.
The hotels are close to the Texas State Capitol, University of Texas at Austin, 6th Street and the city's live music scene, including major festivals like South by Southwest and Austin City Limits as well as the bustling tech industry.
The 149-room Hotel Indigo Austin Downtown – University celebrates the city’s art and music scenes. The pet-friendly property has spa-inspired bathrooms with glass-enclosed walk-in showers. The lobby restaurant, The Ladybird Kitchen + Bar, hosts live music and displays local art. The Skyline Pool Deck + Bar is another F&B option. The property also has more than 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space across six versatile venues.
Public spaces at The Holiday Inn Express include a meeting space and fitness center. Guests also have access to the Skyline Pool Deck + Bar, which is shared with the adjacent Hotel Indigo.
