Hospitality management and development company Concord Hospitality is expanding its full-service management portfolio in 2026.
Concord began the new year opening the Hilton Jacksonville (Fla.) at Mayo Clinic, located on Jacksonville’s Mayo Clinic campus. The company also assumed management of South Shore Harbour Resort & Conference Center, Southeast Texas’ largest waterside resort. Located 30 minutes south of Houston on Clear Lake, the nautically inspired property has 237 guestrooms, a tropical pool complex with swim-up bar and more than 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
Concord also is expanding its presence in the lifestyle boutique segment through its Opus Collection, a portfolio dedicated to upper-upscale and independent hotels. Three new properties will join the collection, including The Waymark in Chattanooga, Tenn., and The Union Hotel in Flemington, N.J., a Tribute Portfolio property.
The 148-room Waymark, under the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is an adaptive reuse of the historic 1927 Chattanooga Savings Bank and Trust Company building.
In the Flemington Historic District in New Jersey’s Hunterdon County, The Union Hotel is a landmark property that is reopening after being closed since 2008. Originally established in the 1870s as a gathering place for stagecoach travelers, the hotel is being revitalized as part of the larger Courthouse Square mixed-use development. The project will include 100 hotel rooms, apartments and four food-and-beverage outlets, including Union Steak, a fine-dining steakhouse.

Concord has more than 140 hotel properties across the United States and Canada and more than 45 standalone concept restaurants.
