Avion Hospitality will manage the 363-room Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis. Formerly dual branded, the hotel is now fully unified under the Hyatt Centric flag.
The repositioning consolidates operations, branding and guest experience into one cohesive hotel while preserving the property’s unique architectural and historic elements. Ownership remains committed to realizing the original vision for One Beale while adapting to evolving market dynamics under a single Hyatt Centric presence.
