Unframed, Autograph Collection is poised to debut in April in Miami Beach, bringing the first premium lifestyle property to Washington Avenue in more than a decade.
The design-driven property joins Marriott International’s Autograph Collection portfolio and is owned and developed by Miami-based Finvarb Group and JAJ Investment Group. The Florida property—designed by architect Rudy Ricciotti—includes 149 guestrooms, a rooftop pool and restaurant.

The building’s exterior features undulating white curves intended to evoke the French Riviera, while interiors by Gulla Jónsdóttir incorporate stone, metal and layered textures that are designed to reflect both tropical modernism and South American influences. Public spaces include a sculptural reception area, lounge seating and a small bar, while guestrooms feature custom furnishings, private balconies or terraces and finishes such as terrazzo flooring and marble vanities.
Accommodations are primarily king rooms, along with a selection of double-queen rooms and a presidential suite spanning more than 700 square feet. Many rooms offer partial ocean views and are designed to emphasize indoor-outdoor living. A fourth-floor open-air atrium courtyard includes a landscaped communal space.
The hotel’s rooftop venue—developed in partnership with Vilebrequin—will introduce the brand’s beach club concept to the U.S. Vilebrequin La Plage at Unframed is scheduled to open in May and will feature a restaurant and bar influenced by the Côte d’Azur.
Unframed also includes indoor and outdoor event spaces accommodating up to 100 guests, with venues ranging from a rooftop terrace to an open-air courtyard and a ground-floor meeting room. The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes from Miami International Airport and offers access to neighborhoods such as Wynwood, the Design District and downtown Miami.
