A new Tempo by Hilton has opened in Manassas, marking the wellness-focused brand’s entry into the Northern Virginia lodging market.
The four-story hotel is managed by Holladay Hospitality as part of a strategic partnership with locally based Villagio Hospitality Group. Located in Prince William County, the property has 92 guestrooms and is part of the NOVA Live campus, a 21-acre music and event venue.
“It is such a pleasure to bring this new Tempo by Hilton to my community,” Austin Haynes, partner and SVP at South Bend, Ind.-based Holladay Properties, said in a statement. “NOVA Live is a huge tourist draw to Prince William County, and I believe we will be tremendously successful.”
“What excites me most is the opportunity to open something intentionally,” said general manager Ronnie Simons. “After 30 years in hospitality, I’ve learned that great hotels aren’t built by systems alone; they’re built by people who feel seen, trusted and empowered. Tempo allows us to start with that foundation from day one.”
The Manassas hotel is designed to reflect Tempo by Hilton’s emphasis on design and functionality geared toward modern travel patterns. Guestrooms are designed with spa-inspired bathrooms, while public areas include communal spaces intended for both collaboration and individual work. On-site amenities include Moonsong Bar & Café, Repeal Speakeasy, flexible meeting space and a 24-hour fitness center with a focus on wellness and recovery.
