Sonesta International Hotels Corporation (Sonesta) has unveiled the grand opening of Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Tomball Grand Parkway.
The Texas hotel includes 46 rooms and is located near Spring/Woodland and roughly 30 miles northwest of Houston. The hotel represents Sonesta’s first new-build under the economy (ABVI) brand, according to Keith Pierce, Sonesta’s EVP and president of franchise & development, who added that construction was completed in just seven months.
With nearly 500 hotels across the U.S., Americas Best Value Inn maintains a presence largely in secondary and tertiary markets. The owners of the hotel also own and operate the ABVI Houston Heights.
