Hotel operator and developer Elite Hospitality has opened the new-build Residence Inn Ann Arbor South in Michigan.
The extended-stay property is located approximately two miles from the University of Michigan campus and Michigan Stadium, and three miles from downtown Ann Arbor. According to the Sylvan Lake, Mich.-based company, the hotel is intended to serve a range of travel segments in the Ann Arbor market, including university-related travel, healthcare visitors, corporate project teams, relocation stays, union training travel, youth sports and conference attendees.
“We are thrilled to introduce a property that not only enhances Ann Arbor’s hospitality landscape but also supports the needs of today’s extended-stay traveler,” Ryan Bacall, principal, Elite Hospitality Ownership, said in a statement. “Our location, amenities and connection to the Marriott Bonvoy program position us to become the preferred choice for professionals, university affiliates and guests seeking comfort paired with convenience.”
Amenities at the hotel include suite-style accommodations, meeting and workspaces, a bar, small-plate dining options, sauna, cold-plunge pool and grocery shopping service.
