The Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton, has debuted following a complete redevelopment and repositioning. The 203-room hotel has been fully rebuilt and re-envisioned into a downtown urban resort combining walkable access to First Street with design elements inspired by the surrounding vineyard landscape, according to McLean, Va.-based Hilton. The California property is located near Napa’s tasting rooms, galleries and restaurants.
The project includes a comprehensive renovation and rebrand spanning guestrooms, public areas, dining venues, wellness facilities and outdoor spaces. The repositioned resort emphasizes contemporary design, destination dining and wellness-focused experiences aimed at both visitors and the local community, according to the company.
“The opening of Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton marks a meaningful step in Hilton’s strategic expansion across the Americas and reinforces our commitment to growing in premier leisure locations,” Todd Arviso, SVP, hotel operations, U.S. and Canada, Hilton, said in a statement. “Napa Valley is a globally recognized destination, and this transformation delivers a differentiated resort experience in a competitive market.”
The redesign, led by DyeLot Interiors, incorporates natural materials and regional references, including artwork inspired by local agriculture. The two-story lobby features multiple seating areas arranged around a dual-sided fireplace, with a palette of walnut, bronze and stone.
Outdoor amenities include a pool deck with food and beverage service, firepit seating and a Redwood Lawn for events and wellness programming. A dedicated wellness wing houses spa-focused guestrooms alongside the Spa at Casa Mani and a Peloton fitness center.
Guest accommodations include 188 rooms and 15 suites, including three presidential suites. Design elements include teakwood accents, spa-style bathrooms with soaking tubs and rain showers and in-room amenities such as Nespresso machines and Dyson hair dryers. Select rooms feature private patios with firepits.
The resort plans to introduce BOA Steakhouse in partnership with Innovative Dining Group, marking the brand’s first Napa Valley location. The restaurant will feature dry-aged steaks, seasonal dishes and a wine-focused beverage program.
Additional dining venues include Creekside Terrace, a pool-adjacent restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, a Lobby Lounge offering cocktails and small plates and a Marketplace featuring locally sourced products.
The Spa at Casa Mani includes five treatment rooms and a hydrothermal circuit with steam, sauna and sensory shower experiences. Fitness facilities include a Peloton-equipped gym and wellness-focused guest accommodations.
The property offers more than 15,000-square-feet of meeting and event space, including seven meeting rooms, two boardrooms and outdoor venues such as the Redwood Lawn, which can host receptions for up to 200 guests.
