Remington Hospitality adds to its Caribbean portfolio with the opening of ONE|GT, a newly-developed lifestyle luxury hotel in Grand Cayman that marks a new urban hospitality offering for the island.

Located in George Town, the 97-suite property is the only hotel in Grand Cayman that is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. ONE|GT was developed by ONE|GT Hospitality Limited and is designed to appeal to both leisure and business travelers in what Remington describes as a high-performing Caribbean market.

“Grand Cayman continues to demonstrate strong international demand and long-term fundamentals,” Ben Perelmuter, CEO of Remington Hospitality, said in a statement. “With ONE|GT, our focus is on implementing a highly coordinated operating and commercial strategy from day one to drive revenue across multiple channels, maintain cost controls, and deliver consistent, long-term profitability for ownership.”

The condo-style hotel has three distinct dining concepts: Perle, a French-Mediterranean restaurant; Café Bellini, an Italian-inspired café and bakery; and Byū, the island’s first rooftop restaurant and bar. Byū includes an infinity-edge pool and serves Asian fusion cuisine with panoramic views of George Town. Additional amenities include a third-floor Oasis Pool, a fitness center, wellness programming, and a mix of indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces aimed at capturing group and business demand.

Remington will oversee sales, marketing and revenue management for the property, with a focus on building demand across leisure, group and corporate segments while optimizing pricing and distribution to maximize returns for ownership.

The opening of ONE|GT further expands Remington Hospitality’s footprint in resort and leisure destinations across the Caribbean and Latin America. The company said it continues to target opportunities where active management, operational discipline and market-specific expertise can unlock performance upside for hotel owners.
