Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica has said the Princess Grand Jamaica will officially reopen on March 1, restoring the brand’s full two-resort experience along Jamaica’s north coast. The Princess Senses The Mangrove reopened on Feb. 1.
The relaunch of the hotel follows the Feb. 1 reopening of Princess Senses The Mangrove. Princess Grand Jamaica is comprised of 590 oceanview suites, including family and master suites designed for groups and multi-generational travel.
The beachfront resort has an aquatic park with waterslides, kids’ and teens’ clubs, nanny services, non-motorized water sports, three pools and a daily entertainment program. Diverse dining across multiple restaurants and bars is also part of the resort’s offering.
“The reopening of Princess Grand Jamaica marks an exciting moment for our team and for families looking to reconnect through travel,” Enrico Pezzoli, managing director at Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica, said in a statement. “The resort is uniquely positioned for multi-generational stays and longer vacations. At the same time, the presence of Princess Senses The Mangrove next door allows couples or adults within a family group to personalize their experience, creating flexibility that few destinations can offer.”
The Princess Grand Jamaica was named the World’s Best New MICE Hotel and Caribbean’s Best New MICE Hotel in the 2025 World MICE Awards, adding to its appeal for meetings, incentives and group travel. Princess Senses The Mangrove, meanwhile, provides an adults-only counterpoint with elevated dining and overwater accommodations.
