Neptune Beach, Fla.-based Paradigm Development Partners has opened the new TownePlace Suites by Marriott Middleburg, a 126-room extended-stay hotel in northeast Florida.
TownePlace Suites Middleburg operates as a Marriott franchise, owned by Clay County Town Center Holdings, developed by Paradigm Development Partners and managed by Tampa, Fla.-based McKibbon Hospitality. General Manager James House and director of sales Courtney Wahl lead the management team for McKibbon Hospitality.
Other partners on the project—which is located within Clay Town Center—include HC Architecture as architect, Kellogg & Kimsey as general contractor and IIG Design for interior design.
“We’re thrilled to open the TownePlace Suites in Middleburg and bring this trusted Marriott brand to one of Florida’s fastest-growing communities,” David Kight of Paradigm Development Partners, said in a statement. “This property was designed to serve the diverse needs of business travelers, relocating families and visitors exploring the Clay County area.”
The hotel offers studio and one-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, separate living/working and sleeping areas and modern amenities. Suites feature full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, adjustable workspaces with built-in shelves and lighting, large flat-screen televisions and premium bedding. Select rooms include the brand’s signature Home Office Suite, which offer additional storage and flexible layouts designed to help guests personalize their stay.
The 24-hour In a Pinch market and On Us coffee service provide access to snacks and beverages. Additional hotel amenities include a lakefront pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor fire pits and Tesla charging stations. The hotel also features laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site business services.
