Palisociety expands boutique portfolio with Hôtel Lili in Beverly Hills

Palisociety—a hospitality company founded by CEO Avi Brosh in 2007—has opened its first hotel in Beverly Hills with the debut of Hôtel Lili, a 44-room boutique property set within a reimagined 1939 residence.

Hôtel Lili marks the Los Angeles-based company’s continued expansion of its boutique hotel portfolio, emphasizing design-driven, neighborhood-oriented properties in urban and resort destinations. Hotel Lili is positioned as a more intimate alternative within a market defined by large-scale luxury.

“Beverly Hills is often associated with grandeur, but Hôtel Lili takes more of an intimate, design-savvy and hyper-local approach,” Brosh said in a statement. “Instead of high-gloss opulence, we focused on mood, texture and storytelling, and the result feels residential, layered and a little mysterious.”

The three-story, California property was designed by Palisociety’s in-house team, with interiors drawing from a Parisian residential aesthetic. Guestrooms and public spaces incorporate a muted palette of soft whites and greys, accented by warmer tones such as camel, orange and mustard. Design elements include striped patterns, wallpapered ceilings, sculptural glass lighting, custom furnishings and layered textiles throughout.

Guestrooms are outfitted with Bellino linens, Grind espresso machines and Diptyque bath amenities, as well as a curated minibar program and in-room dining options for breakfast, lunch and evening snacks. Guests also have access to a nearby swimming pool.

The arrival experience is designed to center on a compact lobby that functions as both reception and social hub, offering complimentary sparkling wine during the day and transitioning into a small bar in the evening. The beverage program features classic cocktails and house signatures, alongside a menu of light fare.
