NewcrestImage has opened The Elmore Hotel in Southlake, Texas, following a year-long, multimillion-dollar renovation that transformed the 175-room property into a boutique lifestyle hotel.
The four-story property is part of Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio and will be managed by Coury Hospitality. Located midway between Dallas and Fort Worth, The Elmore is a roughly 10-minute drive from DFW International Airport and within walking distance of Southlake Town Square.
“Our renovation has created a thoroughly modern and memorable hotel experience that distinctively stands out for guests and seamlessly blends into the local neighborhood,” Mehul Patel, managing partner of Dallas, Texas-based NewcrestImage, said in a statement. “Originally built in 2016, the property now showcases contemporary style, luxury amenities, and next-gen technology.”
Paul Coury, CEO of Coury Hospitality, described the hotel as “a true living room for the Southlake community where business, family and community events come together.”
The hotel has interiors inspired by the American Elm tree with artwork by British photographer David Yarrow. Amenities include the Sagewind restaurant, Social Outlaw speakeasy, 5,000 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, wellness programs by the outdoor pool and partnerships with local cultural and wine destinations.
