The Element New Orleans Downtown has debuted bringing a new-build, extended-stay hotel to the city’s Central Business District.
Part of the Element by Marriott brand—which is centered on wellness and sustainability—the hotel is designed to accommodate both short-term and long-term stays. Plano, Texas-based Bentley Legacy Group will manage the hotel, overseeing day-to-day operations.
“We’re proud to manage Element New Orleans Downtown in a city known for its hospitality, culture and energy,” Matt Berge, president of Bentley Legacy Group, said in a statement. “The hotel offers a true home-away-from-home experience in a prime New Orleans location.”
The hotel has 216 guestrooms and suites, each offering a fully equipped kitchen, separate living and workspace areas and eco-conscious design filled with natural light. Amenities include complimentary daily Rise hot breakfast, a fitness center, bicycle rentals, complimentary Wi-Fi and 624 square-feet of flexible meeting space for gatherings of up to 40 guests.
Element New Orleans Downtown is within walking distance of Canal Street and less than a mile from the Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center, with nearby access to the French Quarter and New Orleans’ streetcar lines.
