Namron Hospitality enters U.S. market with Miami boutique hotel

Mexican luxury hotel operator Namron Hospitality is making its U.S. debut with the opening of the Le Particulier Miami on Collins Avenue.

The French-inspired concept marks a new chapter for the former Ocean Spray Hotel, a 1936 Art Deco landmark near the Atlantic Ocean. Originally designed by M.L. Hampton Associates, the seven-story property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

“Our vision was never to recreate the past, but to channel it,” Yves Naman, founder of Mexico City, Mexico-based Namron Hospitality, said in a statement. “This is one of those rare buildings that still holds Miami Beach’s original optimism. We’re restoring that spirit—its curves, its color, its confidence—while inviting a new generation to experience it.”

The Florida hotel has 54 guestrooms in a palette of mint green, flamingo pink, ocean blue and vintage cream. Details include original terrazzo floors, tropical-patterned wallpapers, rich velvets and crystal chandeliers in a nod to 1930s craftsmanship. The exterior’s pastel purple and yellow façade is designed to pop with geometric Art Deco motifs, while bathrooms showcase brass finishes and rainfall showers. Light oak furnishings with rattan accents are designed to provide a relaxed, beachy tone.

Opening November 15, Los Bowls de Guadalupe—Namron’s signature vegan-forward restaurant concept born in Tulum—is designed to bring a fresh, wellness-inspired dining experience. Later this year, a rooftop venue is scheduled to open.
