LivAway Suites has opened a new extended-stay hotel in Vineyard, Utah, marking the company’s third property in the state.
The new hotel is the ninth nationally for the economy extended-stay brand since its 2023 launch. The opening comes amid strong population and employment growth in Utah County, according to the company. The new hotel will be close to Brigham Young University, Utah Valley University and major employers in Vineyard.
"Utah County is one of the most dynamic growth markets in the country," Kevin Dailey, COO of LivAway Suites, said in a statement. "Our new Vineyard location positions LivAway Suites to serve the diverse and expanding base of guests here. Traveling nurses, relocating families, construction crews, and university-related travelers all need affordable accommodations that feel like home."
The Salt Lake City, Utah-based company expects to open additional properties in 2026.
