LivAway Suites has opened its first hotel in Arizona (and its 10th U.S. location) with the debut of a new property in Phoenix.
The LivAway Suites Phoenix–Tolleson is the first of five LivAway Suites properties either open or under construction in Arizona. The pipeline includes a recently started project in Mesa, with additional developments planned across the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas. The newly opened economy extended-stay property is located approximately 20 minutes west of downtown Phoenix.
“Arizona represents exactly the type of market where LivAway Suites performs well, given its population growth, expanding employment base and sustained demand for affordable extended-stay accommodations,” said Kevin Dailey, COO of LivAway Suites, said in a statement. “Tolleson is an important first step as we build a broader, intentional footprint across the state.”
With the Tolleson opening, LivAway Suites now has 22 hotels open or in development across the U.S. The company plans to break ground on 12 additional locations over the next year, expanding into new states including Florida, Nevada, South Carolina, Colorado, Alabama, Georgia and Oregon, while adding density in existing markets. According to the Lehi, Utah-based company, the Arizona rollout aligns with a broader strategy of building clustered portfolios in high-growth markets to support operational efficiency and brand consistency.
The Phoenix–Tolleson property is designed for extended stays and features suite-style accommodations with full kitchens and full-size appliances. Interiors reflect a minimalist, Scandinavian-influenced aesthetic. Standard amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, 50-inch smart televisions with integrated streaming, a fitness center, smart laundry facilities and an automated parcel locker system.
