LivAway Suites has opened a new hotel in Glendale, Ariz., marking the extended-stay brand’s second property in the state.
The newly opened LivAway Suites is located with access to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Luke Air Force Base, area sports venues and downtown Glendale. The newest location is designed to serve business travelers, project-based workers, relocating families and others seeking longer-term lodging, according to the Lehi, Utah-based company. LivAway Suites expects to open three additional properties in the state later this year as part of a broader national pipeline.
"We are building LivAway Suites locations across the country to meet the growing demand for higher-quality, affordable extended-stay accommodations," Mike Nielson, CEO of LivAway Suites, said in a statement. "Our Glendale opening reflects our disciplined expansion strategy and our commitment to delivering a consistent, fresh experience in markets where long-term travelers need reliable, purpose-built solutions."
