Extended-stay brand LivAway Suites has unveiled the opening of its San Marcos location, the company’s first hotel in the state and the first of many planned across Texas.
Positioned between Austin and San Antonio, LivAway Suites – San Marcos is designed to offer guests access to two major metropolitan areas from its Central Texas location. The San Marcos opening reinforces LivAway Suites’ accelerated national growth strategy, according to the Lehi, Utah-based company.
“This opening in San Marcos represents an exciting milestone as we enter the Texas market,” Kevin Dailey, COO, LivAway Suites, said in a statement. “Similar to our recent growth throughout Arizona, San Marcos is just the beginning of our expansion across the Lone Star State. We look forward to bringing LivAway Suites’ modern, purpose-built extended-stay experience to communities throughout Texas.”
LivAway Suites has residentially inspired accommodations which include in-room kitchens with full-size appliances, as well as a modern fitness center and smart laundry facilities.
