The HomeTowne Studios Greenville, S.C., is a 50-room extended-stay hotel that has guestroom kitchens with full-sized refrigerators and cooktops, paid laundry facilities, a snack center and kitchen kits available for purchase at the front desk.
The property is adjacent to the 52-room Red Roof Inn Greenville. Owner Surya Hotel Corp. invested more than $1 million in a renovation of the property that included new furniture, bedding and TVs in guest rooms; updated guestroom bathrooms; and renovated kitchenettes. The Red Roof Inn also underwent a full renovation.
Located off I-85 and US 276, the HomeTowne Studios Greenville, S.C., is near a number of area landmarks and destinations, including Clemson University, Roper Mountain Science Center, Greenville Technical College, Bob Jones University, Furman University, Saint Francis Hospital – Greenville, Paris Mountain State Park and Lake Conestee Nature Park.
