Forth Atlanta is the centerpiece of one of the largest mixed-use developments on the Atlanta BeltLine. Local developer New City led the $150 million, 16-floor, mixed-use real estate project, working with hospitality firm Method Co. to conceptualize and operate its 196-room luxury boutique hotel, including 39 residential suites dedicated for extended stays, four distinct food and beverage concepts and a members-only social club. The property also has an outdoor pool with lounge seating, co-working space and an event venue.
Morris Adjmi Architects, Forth Atlanta’s architect and interior designer, worked with New City and Method Co. to create the contemporary landmark and destination, which has a cast-in-place diagrid façade and tailored interiors that provide a counterpoint to the modern concrete exterior.
Forth Hotel, located within the development, has floor-to-ceiling windows and skyline views as well as onsite amenities and programming. Forth Atlanta's food and beverage concepts were designed by Philadelphia-based Stokes Architecture + Design, in collaboration with Method's in-house design studio, and include BAR PREMIO, a lobby cafe and bar; Moonlight; a rooftop cocktail lounge; IL PREMIO, a full-service Italian steakhouse; and Elektra, a Mediterranean-inspired poolside restaurant and bar. The food and beverage program at each concept is developed and overseen by Method Co. Forth Atlanta will also house a members-only social club inclusive of a separate lounge with a restaurant and bar, as well as state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center with programming and classes, and a spa facility.
