Extended Stay America has expanded its presence in Colorado with the opening of a Select Suites-branded property in Sterling.
The two-story, 104-room Extended Stay America Select Suites – Sterling was developed by Northglenn, Colo.-based Colorado Hospitality Services. The hotel is located near Sterling Regional MedCenter, Sterling City Hall and Northeastern Junior College. Guest accommodations include in-room kitchens with stovetop, microwave and full-size refrigerator, along with on-site laundry, Wi-Fi, an indoor pool and a recreation room.
“Our goal is to provide guests with a reliable, comfortable place to stay that feels more like home,” Bruce Rahmani, owner, Colorado Hospitality Services, said in a statement. “The Sterling location reflects our commitment to offering practical accommodations that meet the needs of today’s extended-stay traveler.”
The Charlotte, N.C.-based company’s Select Suites brand—launched in 2022—now has more than 200 locations nationwide.
